Your journey will invite you to feel into your body through a variety of breathwork sessions, yogic sessions, a range of meditation techniques, sound healing ceremonies, creative expression workshops, and find your bliss in a nourishing cacao ceremony with an ecstatic dance celebration of life.


Nestled in the hills twelve minutes outside Byron's bustling town, our retreat sanctuary invokes an overflowing beauty into five acres of paradise. A haven that imparts serenity with its rolling lawns, terraces and nooks, swings in the rainforest and wild ducks on the lake. Wandering the gardens, feeding the alpacas or collecting eggs from the chook house are sure to remove any remnant of stress.

The space draws an energy that intertwines design with the casual Byron Bay lifestyle. Handcrafted details enhance the sense of being part of nature; humble materials have been recycled, salvaged and re-imagined in unexpected ways that celebrate a spirit of creativity. Destiny Wolf 

Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Ceremonialist based in Sydney, Australia. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help others feel nourished, connected, and empowered on their journeys. Destiny's passion is to help people find what lights them up, then follow that light to shine bright. She is founder of Udaya Retreats where she hosts International wellness retreats and Alive Tribe Journeys where she creates multisensory wellness, music, and art events to help the community connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.    Destiny's biggest inspiration comes from the footsteps she's travelled across the planet, and this universal connectedness infuses her offerings as she draws from Native American lineages from her roots in Arizona, Eastern Asian Buddhist teachings, modern scientific Western practices, and South American Shamanism.

"As a dedicated student, I have been studying the human body since 2009. Formerly a massage therapist, I am a self-confessed ‘body geek,’  fascinated by  the way emotions and subtle energies manifest in it. I use the tools that I’ve picked up along the way to cater to the individual, as I understand we are all extraordinarily unique. I initially began practicing yoga to keep my Spiritual, mental and physical body both strong and flexible, I now use the many practices I have embodied and continue to study to help the person in front of me to achieve the same. Trainings in Vinyasa yoga, Tantra, Breathwork, Bhakti, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Nada Yoga, Ayurveda and Massage have all allowed me to achieve a wealth of wisdom which helps me deepen students connection to themself (and their self healing).

Public class Yoga teaching for me is my art, I love to create meaningful sequences that prepare the body to move towards deep, expansive poses in a safe and intelligent way.  Class style can range from complete beginners to a playfully structured class for intermediate students and teachers to deepen their practice. Incorporating the many facets of yoga, I use music, mantra, mandalas, theming, philosophy & props, switching on the brain as well as the body to challenge students to connect and pay attention.  As a  hands-on teacher, I like to assist with verbal and hands on adjustments to invite you into physical and energetic alignment.

I continue to grow as a teacher by sharing the great practices I have been taught and will continue to learn & practice as a forever student."

"My love language is creating eatable rainbows, food that is vibrant, nourishing and visually beautiful. ​My travels and love for nature has formulated my style of cooking, Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, rich spices, and exotic tropical fruits. I like to embrace traditional cultures and cuisines while combining revolutionary and innovative techniques into my dishes. For me, cooking is not only about eating, it's about the processes from farming & and growing to sharing and enjoying and the healing benefits. If I'm not cooking, I'm styling! To me food and flowers are the perfect duo, I have an immense passion for food styling and making things pretty." 

Creating wholesome food experiences to inspire. Our mission is to create nourishing food that is beautifully presented, we love to showcase cooking with whole foods. We listen to our bodies and recognize that everybody is different. We can cater to what you desire, whether that be gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or adding healing bone broths and local organic meat to some dishes.

The produce used is carefully selected from local farmers, markets, and local suppliers. Byron Bay has the climate for a variety of fresh high- vibrational foods, We try our best to use as much local and organic produce as possible. We only use the best quality ingredients for health, all meals are cooked in organic olive oil, ghee, coconut oil or organic butter. Seed oils will never be found in our kitchen.
