ATMAN - Awakening to Self - Bali Retreat

This retreat is a container to nestle into the arms of Mama Bali, while you return home to you true self - the Atman. Through grounding practices, we will arrive, and shed any layers and limitations that are stuck. As we learn to embrace the dark and light within, we can shine like we were meant to and awaken to our deepest truth and calling. It isn't a process of fixing ourselves and picking ourselves apart, but coming back into knowing, truth, and love and letting that elevate us to the highest vibration. THE VENUE

Amori is a luxury resort in Bali. Located in a truly magical location near Ubud. A cooling valley breeze welcomes you back from a successful shopping trip in Ubud, or an uplifting sightseeing excursion. You experience Balinese culture and connect to the local Banjar (neighbourhood) with a guided village walk, or donning a sarong to attend a temple ceremony. Relax with the sounds and views of the sacred Petanu River, the nature and the birdlife. Enjoy the open kitchen and a (cooking class is included).

THE LOCATION

Very few destinations offer the unparalleled beauty and serenity of Bali, island of the gods, which is renowned as one of the most romantic spots in the world. At the heart of Bali is Ubud, with its art, culture, yoga, spiritual healing, food, spas and wellness generally. 

Then there is the tradition in the villages and the banjars preparing for ceremonies, washing clothes in streams, cutting grass with sickles in weathered hands, working the rice paddies and herding the ducks. Ubud is the real Bali, with hardworking Balinese living their traditional lives. 

We will be exploring Bali and everything it has to offer. The activities and excursion choices include in your spare time cycling; trekking; healing by a Balian; whitewater rafting; sunrise climbing the Mt Batur volcano; monkey forest and zoo visits; elephant rides; herb walks; art galleries; 

Or choose to totally relax, unwind and recharge. Lounge by the pool, find a quiet place to read, pamper yourself with a (1hr massage included) or full spa treatment optional, walk safely around the neighbourhood and just soak up the serenity, healthy lifestyle and loving attitude of the Balinese people. 

Amori’s shuttle service to and from the centre of Ubud is free, so it will be easy to get around if you want to explore on your own or in a group.

Gianna Shamone, "The one who listens through dimensions" is a multi-faceted Alignment Coach & Psychic who grew up in an unconventional household in Hamburg Germany. Introduced to Astrology and other spiritual tools at an early age through her 2 mothers, she always had the urge to go deeper into that world. Her career in the creative field as a photographer, director, and later self-published author caved the way for her heightened intuition and psychic abilities to deepen. In 2021 she started to combine her yearlong interest and studies in several self-development tools & astrology with Human Design & Hypnotherapy and started to use these tools in her workshops, 1on1 sessions & successful Mentorship programs to help people live a more fulfilled life by reconnecting with their bodies & embodying their authenticity.
